This is a fantastic family run jewelry store. They are great for watch battery replacement, ring sizing and redesigning rings. I have also sold them old jewelry and sterling flatware. Michael, Bella and the other staff are so pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

I’ve been to this shop a few times now to get some pins fixed in one of my watches (manufacturer used terrible pins) and every time the work that is done is great. I’m really writing this to say that the customer service here is exceptional! Michelle was an absolute sweetheart when I dropped the watch off and today the young lady that helped me was amazing as well! Can’t beat the prices here you don’t get gouged liked you do down in Naples, nice to know Bonita locals have a great store they can rely on. Thank you!

Very excited I went there! Moved from NY recently and had gone to another jeweler in Estero where I was not only overcharged but the service was meh. The service here is wonderful, the people there are knowledgeable and amazing and the store itself is lovely.looking forward to going back
