Break Warranty:
Local Clients (Bonita Springs, FL):
Please schedule an appointment to visit our store for repair services. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld point, we will repair it free of charge. For breaks occurring elsewhere on the chain, our expert jewelers will assess the damage, with re-welding fees typically ranging from $5 to $10.
Non-Local Clients:
For clients outside the Bonita Springs area, you may ship your jewelry to us for repair. We will add a clasp to the piece and return it to you promptly, ensuring it is restored with quality.
Tarnish Warranty: If your jewelry tarnishes within 160 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same chain or a comparable chain of equivalent value at no additional cost to you. Our warranty reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction and the enduring beauty of our craftsmanship.
Lost Chain Warranty: To qualify for a replacement under this warranty, the replacement chain must be of the same style as the original and welded to the same part of the body (ankle, wrist, or neck). Please note that rings are excluded from this warranty, as they can be easily removed.
- Within 30 Days of Purchase: If the chain is lost within the first 30 days, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- After 30 Days: For chains lost after the initial 30-day period, we will provide a replacement at a discounted rate of 20% off the original purchase price.
